Summary

Microsoft Access allows you to create Input forms, and Reports using Forms and Report Wizards. Whether building a form or a report, Access requires a data object in which to build the form.

To create a form or report, click the appropriate tab in the Database window, and click the new button. After selecting the data object, select a wizard, and Access will do the rest.

Finally, you can print your form or report, and save it as part of your database file.
